Troubleshoot First

Use this page as the entry point for setup and import issues before escalating to support.

Basic Triage Steps

1

Check prerequisites

Confirm WordPress, PHP, Elementor 4.0+, Atomic Editor, and Variables (if you use tokens) match what Skelementor expects.
2

Retry with a small import

Reduce the payload to a smaller known-good set so you can isolate whether the issue is syntax, size, or unsupported properties.
3

Clear Elementor cache

Go to Elementor -> Tools -> Regenerate CSS and then refresh the editor.
4

Test on a simple atomic element

Apply one imported class to a Heading, Text, or Div Block to confirm whether the issue is import-time or render-time.

Common Root Causes

  • unsupported CSS properties or values
  • reserved class names
  • duplicate classes already existing in Elementor
  • Elementor 4.0+ or Atomic Editor not fully enabled
  • importing too many classes at once

Escalation Notes

  • reproduce the issue with the smallest possible CSS sample
  • capture the exact error message
  • note the WordPress, PHP, Elementor, and plugin versions
  • confirm whether the same issue happens on a second site
